Whole Child Nutrition Support Options

These consultations combine an expertise as a child and family therapy with advanced training and a Master’s Degree in nutrition science to help parents better understand the "why" behind their child's eating patterns, food preferences, nutrition concerns, and mealtime behaviors.
Together, we take a comprehensive look at your child's:
Eating habits and food preferences
Growth and nutrition concerns
Sensory needs
Emotional regulation
Anxiety and stress
ADHD, autism, or other neurodevelopmental differences
Family mealtime dynamics
Physical activity and athletic needs
Medical history and dietary restrictions
Sleep, routines, and daily functioning
The goal of these sessions is to answer questions, engage in a meaningful analysis of your child to gain clarity and action steps, and provide information that will allow you to approach your child’s nutrition, and their overall development, with confidence and practice strategies.

Consultations are available any time. These can be held with just parents, or the entire family. We will use a few targeted assessment tools to understand the unique landscape of food, mealtimes, and routines in your specific family, and then dive into the actual needs in your family, how to go about meeting those needs, and also answer all the questions you may have for your specific family.
Based on family needs, consultations are either 60 or 90 minutes long. We will help you decide during our initial introductory call.
